Our client is a leading shoe parts manufacturing company committed to quality, innovation, and efficiency for major players in the market from their factories in Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage 2 warehouses operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.
  • Develop and implement warehouse strategies to optimize space, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels meet production and distribution needs.
  • Ensure a good condition & maintainence of the warehouse equipments such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
  • Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
  • Report KPIs to the management team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the manufacturing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong leadership.
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, Powerpoint and ERP system.
