Job Description

  • Supervise the purchasing teams, ensuring their effective performance and professional development.
  • Manage the procurement of logistics and manufacturing spare parts, CAPEX projects, consumables, general affairs, and building materials.
  • Actively participate in vendor selection, conduct vendor visits, and collaborate with internal teams to understand and fulfill requirements.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and build long-term partnerships for reliable and cost-effective supplies.
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and cost reduction.
  • Oversee procurement activities for the existing plants and logistics assets



The Successful Applicant

  • Proficient in English communication and writing; Mandarin skills are a strong advantage.
  • Data-driven with a keen attention to detail.
  • At least 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing or oil & gas industries.
  • Independent, strong-willed, and capable of driving decisions and initiatives.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new environments and tasks; open-minded and eager to grow professionally.
  • Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related fields
