Job Description

  • Lead the ad the development and implementation of comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals and values.
  • Ensure that compensation structures are competitive within the industry and compliant with local labor laws.
  • Establish and maintain policies that promote fairness, equity, and transparency in all reward-related practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to integrate reward strategies with company goals and talent management.
  • Act as subject matter expert in Rewards area to the senior management and business leaders.
  • Lead the overall compensation and benefits department through a strategic and empowering leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experiences in full spectrum of Rewards cycle- from designing, analyzing and executing rewards program with at least 10+ years of in-depth/specialist experiences.
  • Proven management and leadership skills having managed a team of Compensation & Benefits or Rewards team.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing reward strategies that drive organizational performance and goals.
  • Highly proficient in compensation laws and best practices by staying updated with regulations.
  • Experiences in business partnering with strong business acumen to translate, align and drive rewards programs.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to work collaboratively in a dynamic and matrix organization.
