Job Description

  • Identify and assess potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and analysis of industry trends.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial modeling, competitive analysis, and assessment of business models.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memos, term sheets, and other documentation required for investment decisions.
  • Support portfolio companies by providing strategic guidance, facilitating connections, and assisting with follow-on funding rounds.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact investment strategies.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, or strategic roles within startups.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • English is a must and Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian startup ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
  • Experience working in or with startups in Southeast Asia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong network within the venture capital and startup communities.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
