Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth credit analysis on corporate borrowers, structured finance, and investment projects, assessing financial performance, business risks, and repayment capacity.
  • Review and provide credit recommendations on financing proposals, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform risk identification and impact assessment, proposing mitigation strategies to maintain asset quality and business sustainability.
  • Monitor covenant compliance and high-risk accounts, providing early warning signals and proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Investment, and Business Teams) to structure financing solutions that align with the company's risk appetite.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles, credit policies, and best practices in risk management.
  • Support the development and enhancement of credit assessment tools to improve risk evaluation frameworks.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance credit risk awareness within the organization.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in banking, structured finance, or investment companies.
  • Strong expertise in corporate credit analysis, structured finance, and risk assessment.
  • Deep understanding of financial modeling, industry analysis, and regulatory requirements related to corporate lending.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with senior management and credit committees.
