Job Description

  • Developing high-quality business strategies and plans to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Building an effective team of leaders by providing guidance and feedback to enhance performance.
  • Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they align with company goals.
  • Enforcing adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain legality and business ethics.
  • Reviewing financial and non-financial reports to devise improvement and growth plans.
  • Building trust relations with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Analyzing problematic situations and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of the financial technology industry and markets in Indonesia.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar leadership role.
  • Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
  • Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
