About Our Client

Michael Page is currently representing a leading Real Estate Private Equity firm in Indonesia. The company is expanding its reach in Indonesia and seeking both Junior and experienced Property Analysts to join the investment team.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models for property acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio performance, including cash flow analysis, IRR (Internal Rate of Return), NPV (Net Present Value), and sensitivity analysis.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on local and national real estate markets, including property trends, demographics, and economic indicators.
  • Assist in the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing relevant property data, including market comps, leasing history, tenant profiles, and financial statements.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports, investment memos, and presentations for senior management and investors, highlighting key findings, risks, and opportunities.
  • Track and monitor the performance of existing portfolio assets, including analyzing property operating statements, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and legal advisors to support the negotiation and structuring of transactions.
  • Perform property valuations using various methods, including comparable sales, income capitalization, and discounted cash flow
  • Assist in the preparation and review of transaction documentation, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and financing terms.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or Master's degree preferred).
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in property analysis, real estate investment, or related fields. Previous experience with a private equity real estate firm or real estate investment trust (REIT) is a plus.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, data analysis) with knowledge of real estate financial metrics and modeling techniques.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
