We are currently working with one of the leading Non-profit organization in Indonesia who is looking to expand their team.

Job Description

  • Provide vision, leadership, and direction across all technical and operational components of the program.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of program delivery, including finance, logistics, procurement, and human resources.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of program reports, both narrative and financial, to funding agencies.
  • Embed quality assurance and learning mechanisms across program components to achieve sustainable impact.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with relevant government bodies, civil society, local stakeholders, and international donors.
  • Align program activities with national education priorities and contribute to broader sectoral goals and strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary team, promoting a culture of high performance, inclusion, and accountability.
  • Identify and manage risks related to program implementation, safeguarding, and reputation.
  • Represent the program in meetings, events, and forums to promote visibility and influence sectoral dialogue.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role on large-scale international development programs
  • Proven track record in managing complex multi-partner programs
  • Strong background in project cycle management, preferably within complex, multi-stakeholder settings.
  • Expertise in the education sector, including literacy, numeracy, early childhood, or primary education.
  • Familiarity with education development frameworks and policies from multilateral or bilateral donors.
  • Ability to cultivate effective relationships with government institutions, education sector stakeholders, and implementing partners.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities, with a focus on capacity development and staff motivation.
  • Advanced degree in education, international development, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Fluency in English
