Job Description

  • Strategic planning: Ensure the steering of the hospital to ensure its long-term brand and financial success sustainably by working closely within the directive of the board of directors and stakeholders.
  • Operations management: Managing day-to-day operations of the hospital, collaborating with medical staff to plan and coordinate quality healthcare delivery, supervising and mentoring hospital staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven hospital leadership and commercial success.
  • Medical Doctor and masters degree in hospital or business management.
  • Proven track record and achievements in hospital management.
  • Placement in Jakarta.
