Job Description

  • Lead the sales teams to develop and execute national sales strategies for retail and project segments, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key distributors, project stakeholders, and major accounts.
  • Oversee the development and execution of sales programs, including the expansion of retail and project networks, new distributor/showroom acquisitions, and key project account development.
  • Provide leadership and support to sales teams in achieving sales targets, including managing major negotiations and ensuring successful execution of projects.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and financial plans, including auditing and evaluating the performance of retail and project programs in various regions.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product performance, and develop strategic initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and business strategies.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional functions that contribute to the company's long-term sales strategy and business growth.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in sales management, ideally within the FMCG, building materials, or consumer durables industries.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a multinational environment.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Demonstrated success in sales planning, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams, driving results, and executing strategies effectively.
