Job Description

  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Lead all financial functions including accounting, treasury, FP&A, budgeting and tax.
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
  • Ensure compliance with OJK regulations and other relevant financial reporting standards.
  • Oversee capital planning, funding strategies, and risk management.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders including banks, investors, and auditors.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in the multifinance or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of local regulations (OJK, PSAK) and funding structures.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and leadership capabilities.
  • Committed, good value, hungry to learn and take on more challenge
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
